Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2014

As I stated in our last late posts our holiday celebrations were lovely and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were especially nice.  Running in from Christmas eve children's service I forced the girls to do several photos and they didn't do too bad!

One little lady didn't really feel like photos but we worked around it.

Our special friends Greg and Nancy came over after church and the spoiling commenced.

A special gift from our Uncle Paul and Aunt Erica that they enjoyed in the house that night since there was no snow on the ground!

Before heading to bed Miss Tess did the honors of rolling out our carmel rolls.
they turned out great.
In the morning they paused before tearing into everything.

Santa is so much fun, he always gives underwear.

Then my Mom and Dad came to visit and I thought it would be a brilliant idea to do our gingerbread houses.

Do you know what happens if you start decorating them too soon?  Luckily she was a good sport…maybe the candy stained teeth helped her mood!

After that we all piled in the van with popcorn and looked at the lights, this was all a Hallmark moment that I envisioned until the girls started fighting about who had to hold the popcorn bowl and Cece started screaming because she was overtired.  Pretty sure my parents loved all of that!  Never the less we enjoyed all of the festivities of the day!

Love, Gina
